The Washington voter registration deadline is October 28, 2024. Voters can apply online, in-person, or by mailing in a completed application.
Eligibility
In order to register to vote, you must be a U.S. citizen, 18 years old on or before Election Day, and a legal resident of Washington State for at least 30 days.

Vote-By-Mail Practices

Washington offers early voting.
- Early voting begins 18 days before the election (October 18, 2024) and goes through Election Day.
