Your voter registration application must be received on or by October 5, 2020 at 4pm in order to be eligible to vote in the 2020 General Election.
Eligibility
In order to register to vote, you must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of Kentucky, at least 18 years of age on or before the next General Election, not be a convicted felon whose right to vote has not been restored, not be judged mentally incompetent by a court of law, and not claim the right to vote anywhere outside Kentucky.
- Kentucky allows individuals to register at 17 years of age and be able to participate in a Primary Election if you will be 18 years old by the General Election.

- The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot is October 27, 2020 at the close of the business day.
- Mail-in absentee ballots must be received by the County Clerk before 6pm on Election Day.
