Eligibility
In order to be eligible to vote, you must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of North Dakota, a resident in the precinct for at least 30 days preceding the election, and at least 18 years old on Election Day.

- There is no specific deadline for when you must request your absentee ballot. However, if you are requesting your ballot by mail it is recommended that you do so as early as possible to ensure that you allow adequate time to have your ballot mailed to you.
